WWTC in Lanzarote

Gold and Silver swimmers have headed to Lanzarote for a week long warm weather training camp. Accompanied by Coach Colin, Coach Gilbert and Team Manager Helen, they will spend the week training, focussing on stamina, strength and technique as well as building a stronger team.
