Gold and Silver swimmers are had a great week of warm weather training in Lanzarote in February. 3 land and 12 pool sessions were completed during the week. They were accompanied by Head Coach Colin Barton, Bronze Coach Gilbert Kirkwood and Team Manager Helen Thomson.
